Tokyo is home to an overwhelming number of dining options, from high-end restaurants to
hidden gems - with so many choices and the language barrier, it can be challenging to navigate!
𝐭𝐨𝐤𝐲𝐨 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐞 offers a personalised restaurant itinerary service, helping you make the
most of your time in the city by curating recommendations tailored to your preferences.
SERVICES & FEES
Virtual Consultation
To tailor your itinerary to your tastes, schedule, and dietary restrictions, a virtual consultation
is required. This will be conducted via Google Meets or Zoom (voice only).
$75 every 30 minutes
Personalised Itineraries
After the virtual consultation, please allow 5 to 10 business days for your personalised itinerary, which will include up to 6 restaurant recommendations per day.
The document will provide detailed guidance on how to make reservations,
depending on the timing of your trip.
Please note that we cannot make reservations on your behalf,
unless through your hotel concierge.

Itinerary Updates
If you would like to make any amendments to the itinerary, the first request is complimentary. Subsequent changes will incur a fee.
First request free; $40 per day thereafter
Additional Questions
After the final version of the itinerary has been confirmed,
please kindly note that we will not be able to respond to any further emails.
If you have any additional questions, please request another virtual consultation.

For urgent requests, an expedited service is available.

Cancellations
Once a virtual consultation has been booked, the consultation fee is non-refundable.
If you wish to cancel your itinerary service after the consultation has been completed
and work has begun, please note that a cancellation fee of 50% will apply.
Given the personalised nature of the service, any cancellations made
after the itinerary has been delivered are non-refundable.

She started her career in London working for an investment bank before returning to her hometown in the Japanese capital.
