With Japanese borders finally opening up for foreign tourists, this is the perfect time to start planning your trip to Tokyo, one of the best culinary capitals in the world! After a virtual consultation, 𝐭𝐨𝐤𝐲𝐨 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐞 can create a personalised restaurant itinerary so that you can maximise your visit.
SERVICES & FEES
Virtual Consultation
In order to best understand your preferences,
a virtual consultation will be set up via Google Meets (voice only).
$50 every 30 minutes
Personalised Itineraries
After the virtual consultation, please allow up to 3 business days for your personalised itinerary PDF to be sent, which will include up to 6 restaurant suggestions per day.
The document will include detailed guidance on how to make reservations,
depending on how soon or far out your trip is.
Please note that we are not able to make reservations on your behalf,
unless your hotel concierge offers this service
$75 per day
+ $25 per day for reservations via hotel concierge
Itinerary Updates
If you would like to make any amendments to the itinerary, we are able to accommodate accordingly. The first request will be complimentary, however subsequent iterations will incur a supplementary fee.
First request free; $40 per day thereafter
Additional Questions
After the final version of the itinerary has been confirmed, please kindly note that we will not be able to respond to any further emails.

Expedited Service
If you are in a rush and require a response within 24 hours,
an expedited service is available for a supplementary charge.
Please note that the request alone will not guarantee the service,
and we are not able to make reservations on your behalf.

TOKYO HALFIE is a half Japanese and half English foodie living in Tokyo who is passionate about travelling and discovering new restaurants. Having grown up in Tokyo, San Francisco and London, she realised that food is one of the most important parts of our culture.
She started her career in London working for an investment bank before returning to her hometown in the Japanese capital. Through her experience working in various roles, she discovered the importance of selecting a suitable restaurant for each type of occasion, from business dinners to personal catch-ups.
